| 摘 要： | CAE分析是卡扣结构设计的重要方法。本文通过ABAQUS,分析并优化一类典型天窗开关底座卡扣的拔出力,有效地找出了设计缺陷。运用动力学分析与实测对比,成功地解决了底座卡扣脱出问题。

| Abstract: | The CAE is the important path to optimize card buckle structure design,In this paper,adjusting and optimizing the pulling-out force of a type of typical auto skylight switch BASE is useful to find out the design flaws by ABAQUS.The pulling-out problem of the base buckle is solved successfully by comparing the dynamic analysis with the actual measurement. |
