摘    要:针对车门密封条在装车过程中存在间隙问题,利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Marc建立车门密封条三维仿真模型,分析车门密封条与车门钣金安装间隙的原因,并对车门钣金安装孔间距的进行优化,解决了车门密封条与车门钣金安装间隙问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the installation clearance of door outer seal in the assembly process,the 3D simulation model was established by using MSC and Marc,the highly nonlinear analysis software.And its causes of the installation clearance between the door outer seal and the sheet metal were analyzed.And then through the optimization of the clearance between the installation holes,this clearance problem was solved.
