质量体系建设研究

改革开放以来,伴随着我国国民经济的增长,汽车销量逐年增长,从而带来了汽车的产能释放,随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽车实验室检测能力明显提高,但与发达国家相比仍有较大差距。深入研究质量、质量管理、质量管理体系和ISO9000质量管理标准等相关理论,能够有效指导实际工作。通过对质量体系相关理论的比较,发现汽车实验室在质量方针、质量目标、质量意识、评价体系、日常管理等方面存在诸多问题。体系制度因素、人员因素、决策和管理水平因素是造成汽车实验室质量管理问题的关键因素。根据质量体系基本原则,成立质量体系建设组以及质量体系的执行组,对全体员工进行制度培训及讲解,开展质量管理体系的制修订及质量体系文件的编撰工作。工作人员要对相关制度准则及其熟悉掌握和理解,这样才能对质量手册、程序文件等相关文件的编写过程中有全面的理解和贯通,从而建设高度符合汽车实验室准则相关要求的的质量体系。为保证汽车实验室质量管理体系能够顺利推进,可以通过开展内部审核、管理评审、员工满意度调查等工作的实施对质量体系运行进行监督检查,从而为质量管理体系的有效运行奠定良好的基础。

Quality System Construction Research

Since the reform and opening up,with the growth of China's national economy,automobile sales have increased year by year,which has brought about the release of automobile production capacity.With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the testing capabilities of automobile laboratories have been significantly improved,but compared with developed countries there is still a big gap.In-depth study of related theories such as quality,quality management,quality management system and ISO9000 quality management standards can effectively guide practical work.Through the comparison of the related theories of the quality system,it is found that there are many problems in the automotive laboratory in terms of quality policy,quality objectives,quality awareness,evaluation system,and daily management.System factors,personnel factors,decision-making and management level factors are the key factors that cause quality management problems in automotive laboratories.According to the basic principles of the quality system,a quality system construction group and a quality system execution group are established to train and explain the system for all employees,and carry out the revision of the quality management system and the compilation of quality system documents.The staff must be familiar with and understand the relevant system guidelines,so that they can have a comprehensive understanding and thoroughness in the process of writing quality manuals,procedure documents and other related documents,so as to build a quality system that highly conforms to the relevant requirements of the automotive laboratory guidelines.To ensure the smooth progress of the automotive laboratory quality management system,the implementation of internal audits,management reviews,and employee satisfaction surveys can be used to supervise and inspect the operation of the quality system,thereby laying a good foundation for the effective operation of the quality management system.
