新时代高校机械专业学生心理辅导研究

现代社会需要高端人才进行建设,将大学生培养成为社会所需的人才是当代高校的重要发展目标。机械专业有其特殊之处,学生以男生居多,专业实践性较强,因此需要深入探究该专业学生心理特点,根据情况提出合适的解决办法,形成该专业学生心理辅导的独特方案。但由于目前大学生心理问题突出,高校对大学生心理健康的重视度日益提升。据此,本文以高校机械专业为例,对大学生的心理健康进行研究,并提出心理辅导的相关建议。

Research on Psychological Guidance of Mechanical Majors in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

Modern society needs high-end talents for construction,and it is an important development goal of contemporary colleges and universities to train college students into talents needed by society.The mechanics major has its own specialties.The majority of students are males and the professional practice is strong.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore the psychological characteristics of the students of this major,and propose appropriate solutions according to the situation,forming a unique program of psychological counseling for students of this major.However,due to the outstanding psychological problems of college students,the importance of college students'mental health is increasing day by day.Based on this,this article takes the mechanical specialty of colleges and universities as an example to study the mental health of college students and put forward relevant suggestions on psychological counseling.
