Analysis of the Infl uence of Exhaust Design on Braking Performance

Abstract:The indexes to evaluate the braking performance of the whole vehicle include braking distance,braking deceleration speed,braking thermal decay resistance and braking stability.Whether each parameter in the braking system is up to standard or not will have an impact on the above indicators.If the exhaust design of the brake caliper is not good,the pipeline air is not exhausted.As the compression rate of the air is large,in the implementation of braking,the air is compressed,and the eff ect of the brake fl uid transfer pressure is reduced,resulting in problems such as brake weakness.This paper takes the exhaust design of the braking system as an example to analyze the infl uence of the caliper guide bar in the braking mechanism on the exhaust capacity of the braking system as well as the design of the exhaust screw angle.Evasion plan should be made in the subsequent model design model.
