摘    要:介绍了汽车顶棚的生产工艺(湿法工艺和干法工艺),并从零部件隔吸声性能和整车车内噪声进行了对比分析。结果表明,湿法工艺的NVH性能明显优于干法工艺,将成为汽车顶棚的主要生产工艺。

Comparative Analysis of NVH Performance between Dry and Wet Headliner

Abstract:This paper introduces the production process of vehicle headliner(wet process and dry process),and makes a comparative analysis from the sound absorption performance of parts and the noise inside the vehicle.The results show that the NVH performance of wet process is obviously better than that of dry process,which will become the main production process of vehicle headliner.
