一种共轨接力移行机的应用

共轨接力移行机是指在同一个移行轨道内包含2个或多个移行机,在移行的某一个或几个位置增加载体举升装置,此位置作为其中的2个移行机的共用位置,一个移行机移到此位置,举升装置把输送载体放在此举升装置上,第一个移行机移到安全位置后,第二个移行机移入此位置,举升装置下降把输送载体放入移行机内,第二个移行机把输送载体放入对应位置,可完成2个或多个移行机的输送载体接力,可用于快速提升节拍和输送载体的多位置输送。

Application of a Common Rail Relay Traveling Machine

The Common rail relay migrating machine means that there are 2 or more migrating machines in the same migrating track,and a carrier lifting device is added at a certain position or several positions of the migrating,and this position is used as the sharing of the two migrating machines.When a moving machine moves to this position,the lifting device puts the conveying carrier on this lifting device.After the fi rst moving machine moves to a safe position,the second moving machine moves into this position.And the lifting device drops to transport the carrier and put it into the moving machine,and the second moving machine puts the conveying carrier into the corresponding position,which can complete the conveying carrier relay of 2 or more moving machines,which can be used for rapid increase of the tempo and multi-position conveying of the conveying carrier.
