| 摘 要： | 中职学校是培养应用型综合型人才的重要阵地,近些年来中职学校的汽车运用与维修专业中采取现代学徒制、实现了对职业教育模式的创新。现代学徒制是一种具有创新性、综合性的职业教育模式,结合了传统的学徒制教育和先进的职业教育模式,推动了中职学校教育的更进一步发展。本文对中职学校引入现代学徒制模式的可行性进行了探讨,针对汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒执行学中的问题,分析了汽车运用与维修专业现代学徒制教学实践的策略。

| Abstract: | Secondary vocational schools are an important place for cultivating application-oriented comprehensive talents.In recent years,the modern apprenticeship system has been adopted in the automobile application and maintenance majors of secondary vocational schools,and the innovation of vocational education models has been realized.Modern apprenticeship is an innovative and comprehensive vocational education model,which combines traditional apprenticeship education and advanced vocational education models,and promotes the further development of secondary vocational school education.This article discusses the feasibility of introducing a modern apprenticeship model in secondary vocational schools.Aiming at the problems in the implementation of modern apprenticeships in automobile operation and maintenance,the article analyzes the teaching practice strategy of modern apprenticeship in automobile operation and maintenance. |
