摘    要:OBE是一种基于学习产出成果反向设计培养过程,以学生为中心持续改进培养进程的教育理念。现代学徒制是以市场及企业实际需求为导向,通过校企深度合作进行工学交替的新型人才培养模式。课程思政是实现立德树人根本任务的主渠道和关键课程。本文基于OBE培养体系把高职现代学徒制课程思政作为整体融入到学生人才培养全体系全过程实现“精准融入、闭环培养”,提高“学习产出质量”,培育德技双优时代需求人才。

Research on the Practical Teaching Path of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Modern Apprenticeship Course Based on OBE Concept

Abstract:OBE is an educational concept based on the reverse design of the training process based on the learning outcomes and centered on students to continuously improve the training process.Modern apprenticeship is a new talent training mode,which is oriented by the market and the actual needs of enterprises and alternates work and study through deep cooperation between schools and enterprises.Curriculum thought and politics is the main channel and key course to realize the basic task of moral education.Based on the OBE training system,this paper integrates the ideology and politics of modern vocational apprenticeship into the whole process of student talent training system to realize"precise integration and closed-loop training",improve the"quality of learning output",and cultivate talents needed in the era of double excellence in morality and technology.
