| 摘 要： | 以某车型汽车双色前大灯装饰盖为例,通过对零件结构进行改进、优化,相应注塑模具结构进行改进,采用合理的模具结构设计方案,提出了倒装双色注塑模具新方案,从而解决了该零件可以实现双色注塑生产。

| Abstract: | Taking the decorative cover of a car’s two-color headlight as an example,For the part structure is improved and optimized,and the corresponding injection mold structure is improved.And the reasonable mold structure design scheme is adopted.A new scheme of flip-flop double injection mold is put forward,which solves the problem that the part can be produced by double injection mold. |
