摘    要:针对某SUV车转向系统方向盘怠速抖振过大的现象,采用模态试验技术得到转向系统的固有频率,找到产生这种现象的原因在于转向系统的固有频率和发动机怠速时的振动激励频率接近,从而引起了方向盘的过大振动。文章采用增大转向管柱的支架和车身连接处的接触面面积的方法进行结构优化,并对优化后的转向系统进行模态试验,再将优化前后方向盘的振动数据进行对比,发现优化后的转向系统振动明显改善,达到了减振的目的。

Modal Test and Optimization of Steering System of a SUV
Abstract:In view of the problem of vibration of a SUV steering system,using the modal test method to obtain the natural frequency.To find out the reason is that the natural frequency of steering system is approaching to the vibrating excitation frequency when engine is idling,this led to excessive vibration of steering wheel.Structure optimization is conducted by increasing contacting surface area of steering column support and auto body.And modal test of the optimized steering system is carried on.It is found out that the vibration of the optimized steering system is reduced obviously through the comparison of the steering wheel vibration data before and after optimization.The purpose of vibration reduction has been reached.
