聚合物水泥基固化剂配合比设计试验研究

摘    要:针对浙江某高速公路深挖路堑软岩边坡防护工程,通过室内室外试验,研制了一种聚合物水泥基固化剂。试验研究表明,采用本文研制的聚合物水泥基固化剂处理软岩边坡坡面,能防止软岩边坡坡面渗水,延缓和防止软岩边坡的剥蚀软化和整体结构失稳。有关聚合物水泥浆固化剂配合比研制与应用试验研究可供同类工程参考。

Application Study on Mix Proportion about Ploymer Cement Curing Agent

Abstract:According to a lot of indoor and outdoor tests,a polymer cement curing agent has been investigated,based on Zhejiang highway protection engineering about dig trenches and the soft rock slope. Experiment shows that using the polymer cement curing agent that development in this paper can prevent the soft rock slope surface from infiltrating by water, also can delay and prevent the soft rock slope corroded and soften ,last can firm the stability of the whole structure. Besides, this paper about mix proportion experimental and application study on ploymer cement curing agent provides a reference for the similar projects.
