多聚磷酸以及多聚磷酸与SBS复合改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:采用加速加载试验、三分小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验、APA疲劳试验分别研究了多聚磷酸(PPA)以及多聚磷酸与SBS复合改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性和疲劳性能,结果表明PPA的加入可以改善沥青混合料的高温稳定性和疲劳性能,随着PPA掺量的沥青增加混合料的低温抗裂性和水稳定性变差。SBS的加入可以改善PPA改性沥青混合料的路用性能,在3%SBS+1%PPA掺量下复合改性沥青的路用性能可达到5%SBS掺量的SBS改性沥青路用性能。

Abstract:this paper uses the accelerated loading test, three points bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test, APA fatigue test were studied more polyphosphorie acid (PPA)and poly phosphoric acid and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture of high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance, water stability and fatigue performance, the results show that the addition of PPA can improve the high temperature stability and fatigue performance of asphalt mixture,with the increase of PPA content of asphalt mixture,low temperature crack resistance and water stability. The addition of SBS can improve PPA performance of modified asphalt mixture,under 3% SBS + 1% PPA content of composite modified as- phalt road use performance can achieve 5% SBS dosage of SBS modified asphalt with performance.
