冷再生混合料疲劳性能研究

摘    要:采用小梁试件进行三分点加载弯曲疲劳试验,研究了不同应变水平、不同再生料(Recycled Asphalt Pavement简称RAP)掺量下沥青路面冷再生混合料的抗疲劳性能,揭示了冷再生混合料的疲劳变化规律,同时建立了疲劳方程。研究结果表明随着RAP掺量增加冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命提高,再生混合料的疲劳敏感程度降低;同一应变水平下泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命大于乳化沥青冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命。

Abstract:This paper uses the three point bending fatigue test load studied five small strain level,80% and 100% had two content under the anti-fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture of asphalt pavement, reveals the change rule of cold recycled mixture fatigue, and fatigue equation is established. The results show that with the increase of dosage of RAP cold recycled mixture fatigue life increase, the regeneration mixture fatigue sensitive degree; under the same strain level bubble fatigue life of asphalt cold recycled mixture is greater than the fatigue life of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture.
