CFRP加固梁力学性能试验研究及有限元分析

摘    要:加固技术包括增大截面法、粘贴钢板法、体外预应力及粘贴CFRP加固法等,其中CFRP加固技术拥有最为广泛的应用,其在加固领域占有重要地位。CFRP加固研究较多的方面包括:抗弯加固、抗剪加固及抗震加固等,加固主要采用粘贴加固、嵌固及预应力加固等方式。通过3组对比试验研究了加固梁的受力性能、变形性能及破坏过程,试验结果表明CFRP加固梁的承载力大幅提高,变形性能成倍增加。通过有限元数值模拟分析了CFRP加固梁的受力破坏过程,并与试验结果作了对比。

Abstract:Reinforcement techniques include increasing the cross-sectional method, pasting plate method,prestressing and pasting CFRP reinforcement method, etc. CFRP reinforcement technology has most broad application,which plays an important role in the strengthening field. CFRP reinforcement re- search includedmany areas: bending reinforcement, shear reinforcement and seismic reinforcement, etc.. Reinforcement used mainly bonded reinforcement, pre-embedded reinforcement and prestressed rein- forcement, etc. This article design three comparative test beams to research these reinforced concrete beams' force performance, deformation performance and destruction process. The test results show a sub- stantial increase in CFRP reinforced beams of its bearing capacity, deformation performance. This article analyzed the CFRP reinforced beams' force destruction process by finite element numerical simulation, and the results were compared with the experimental ones.
