有机类温拌橡胶沥青流变改性机理研究

摘    要:研究发现在不影响工程性能的条件下,有机类温拌剂能够明显的改变橡胶沥青的流变性能,但是人们对于温拌橡胶沥青的流变机理的研究却很少。研究选取40目的胶粉和PG64-22基质沥青在室内制备胶粉掺量为18%(外掺)的橡胶沥青,并以Sasobit为温拌剂制备温拌橡胶沥青。研究测定了橡胶沥青以及不同Sasobit掺量的温拌橡胶沥青的粘度、高温性能和中低温性能,并通过一些非常规的试验,包括组分试验、差热试验(DSC)、红外光谱,从化学组分和分子结构角度对橡胶沥青以及温拌橡胶沥青进行微观分析。试验结果表明,Sasobit和橡胶沥青没有发生复杂的化学反应,但它能够影响橡胶沥青的组分含量以及各组分的聚集状态,从而改变橡胶沥青的流变性能。

Abstract:Studies have proved that organic wax additives can effectively change the rheological properties of crumb rubber modified asphalt(CRMA) without affecting its engineering properties signifi- cantly. However,limited researchs on the theological modification mechanism of organic wax additives on CRMA. In this study, CRMA was prepared by mixing crumb powder of 40 mesh size with asphalt, the dosage of crumb rubber is 18% by weight of the asphalt, and Sasobit was selected and added into CRMA. CRMA and CRMA with different dosage of Sasobit were tested for the viscosity,high temperature performance,intermediate and low temperature performance. In addition,a series of unconventional tests, such as chemical component test, differential scanning calorimeter( DSC ), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) ,were eonducted to investigate the rheological modification mechanism from the view of thermal effects, chemical components and molecular structure. The results indicated that there is no com- plex chemical reaction between Sasobit and CRMA,while Sasobit affects the components and the State of aggregation of the components,which in turn changes the rheologieal properties of CRMA.
