| 摘 要： | 质量改进小组活动被越来越多的企业的实践证明是一种成熟的质量改进方式，成为企业质量管理活动中不可缺少的重要组成部分。目前．在土木工程领域．QC小组活动的应用有益于规避隐患．降低造价．提高质量。将QC方法应用于怀通高速公路江市段路线方案的优选，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Quality improvement team activity is a mature method of quality improving, proved by more and more enterprises, which is a pivotal part of enterprise quality management activity. For now, the application of QC team activity benefited the civil engineering area from avoiding risk, reducing cost, and improving quality. In this article, the QC method was adopted on the optimization of Jiangshi route program of Huaitong expressway, which achieved good results. |
