摘    要:超薄沥青磨耗层是一种有效的高等级公路预防性养护技术。主要研究了材料组成与温度对超薄磨耗层沥青混合料性能的影响。研究结果表明,超薄磨耗层采用SMA-10沥青混合料和UTFO-10沥青混合料均具有良好的路用性能,且采用UTFO-10级配和SBS改性沥青时性能表现更优;击实温度和油石比对超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的空隙率具有较大影响,当击实温度为120℃时,沥青混合料最佳油石比需增加约0.5%才能满足设计空隙率要求。

Abstract:Ultra-Thin Friction Overlay (UTFO) is one of effectively method for the preventative maintenance of highway. The main objectives of this paper were focused on the effect of materials compo- sition and temperature on the performance of UTFO. Test results indicated that the UTFO had good pave- ment performance when SMA-10 and UTFO-10 asphalt mixtures were employed, especially for the asphalt mixture adopted UTFO-10 gradation and SBS modified asphalt. Compaction temperature and asphalt content had major impact to the air void ratio of asphalt mixture. When the compaction temperature was 120 ℃, the optimum asphalt content was increased about 0.5% to meet the requirement of design air void ratio.
