大跨度钢连续梁线形几何控制法

摘    要:崇启长江公路大桥主桥为六跨双幅钢箱连续梁桥,其跨径布置为:102m+4×185m+102m=944m,采用大节段整体滚装上船和吊装架设的施工工艺。目前,此类超长超重节段的钢箱梁桥整体滚装上船和吊装架设施工国内尚未有先例。施工过程采用采用全过程几何控制法。2010年9月至2011年3月崇启大桥上部结构完成施工,主桥实测线形满足设计要求,应力可控,施工过程顺利。

Abstract:The main bridge of Chongqi Yangze River Highway Bridge is designed as double width steel box girder with six Spans of 102 m + 4 x 185 m + 102 m = 944 m. The superstructure of Chongqi Bridge started to construct in September 2010 and has been completed in March 2011. During the construction, the whole large segments are delivered by roll on - roll off ship and installed by hoisting method, which set a precedent for the construction technique of super length and weight steel box girder segments installation. To improve accuracy, the construction has been monitored by the geometric control method in the whole process. By using the advanced construction technique, the main bridge structure has succeeded in meeting the alignments design requirements, controlling stress value in certain range and achieving smooth completion of construction, which could be regarded as a reference for future use.
