低针入度泡沫沥青衰落特性及发泡指数研究

摘    要:根据以往对低针人度(70#)沥青在不同温度及加水塞条件下进行发泡试验得出的膨胀率随时间的衰落曲线,计算出对应的最大膨胀率ERm及半衰期τ1/2,带人Jenkins教授提出的通用的衰落曲线方程,比较分析两种衰变曲线,得出其内在联系,并提出平均膨胀率的概念。并根据发泡指数的定义,对衰落曲线进行积分,得出实际的发泡指数,得出更能表征低针入度沥青发泡性能,弥补了Jenkins发泡指数计算模型的不足。

Abstract:In this study, based on the decay function for the low penetration bitumen, which was obtained from the tests under different conditions according to the temperature and added water content. Get the max expansion ration and half life value from the above function, then make use of them to calcu- late the current function proposed by Pro Jenkins. Compare and analysis the two model to search the con- nection, and define the mean ER as a new composite parameter. At last, according to the definition of foam index, calculate the FI by integration. Compared with the FI value calculated by the Jenkins'mod- el, get the more suitable FI value to guiding the design.
