| 摘 要： | 通过对潭衡西高速公路加筋格宾挡土墙的PVC覆膜、镀高尔凡钢丝及钢丝网的耐久性分析,深入研究了测试材料耐久性的试验方法,探讨了土壤等因素对材料耐久性的影响机理。将镀锌钢丝与镀高尔凡钢丝进行对比,用一系列不同腐蚀环境下的暴露试验,证实了高尔凡的抗腐蚀性随时间逐渐提高,其保护效果是镀锌保护的4～5倍。在现场实测数据的基础上,分析PVC护套下锌质量的残留值。并基于热老化试验的结果,采用一个1.2的安全系数,计算得到PVC覆膜的有效使用寿命,再根据镀锌膜在土体中的降解率,进而提出了一种预测材料耐久性的方法以指导工程设计和施工。
