摘    要:在我国为数众多的水泥混凝土桥梁在远未达到设计寿命时,就出现了钢筋锈蚀、混凝土松散、结构强度下降、承载能力大幅衰减等病害现象。桥面铺装防水粘结体系的性能对桥面铺装的使用品质及对水泥混凝土桥梁结构的使用寿命具有显著影响。设置长效防水粘结层是确保桥面铺装结构耐久性的重大措施之一。以湖南省娄新高速公路水泥混凝土桥桥面铺装防水粘结层设置为实际研究背景,引用国外先进的水泥混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结体系设计方法及性能评价体系,对国外应用广泛且优良的长效甲基丙烯酸甲酯 MMA 防水粘结体系与我国普遍采用的 SBS 改性沥青碎石封层、改性乳化沥青等防水粘结材料防水进行了对比试验,为深入进行湖南省娄新高速公路水泥混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结体系研究及实际工程选择应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:The design life of a large number of cement concrete bridge steel corrosion loose con-crete,structural strength decreased,carrying capacity substantially attenuated disease phenomenon.The use of the performance of the bridge deck pavement quality deck pavement waterproof bonding system and has a significant impact on the service life of cement concrete bridge structure.The set of long-lasting wa-terproof adhesive layer is one of the major measures to ensure the durability of the Decks.In this paper, Hunan Province Lou new highway cement concrete bridge deck pavement waterproof adhesive layer set for the actual research background,references the advanced foreign Cement Concrete Deck Pavement water-proof adhesive system design and performance evaluation system,foreign and excellent long-term methyl methacrylate MMA waterproof bonding system widely used in China SBS modified asphalt pavement sur-face modified emulsified asphalt waterproof adhesive material waterproof comparative test depth Hunan Province Lou new highway cement concrete bridge deck pavement waterproof bonding system research and practical engineering select applications to provide a theoretical basis.
