煤矸石与土工布的界面摩擦特性试验研究

摘    要:以煤矸石为填料,土工布为筋材,进行了一系列直剪试验和拉拔试验,测试了土工布与煤矸石间的界面摩擦特性,获得了不同压实度煤矸石与2种土工布(PES100—50、PES—PP100—50)间的直剪和拉拔界面强度和摩擦系数。试验结果表明:煤矸石与土工布的直剪和拉拔剪应力和位移的关系为非线性,剪应力峰值随法向应力的增加而增大,直剪试验曲线呈稳态型,而拉拔试验曲线为软化型。2种土工布与煤矸石的直剪界面强度和拉拔界面强度均随煤矸石压实度的增加而增大,符合莫尔库仑强度型;2种土工布与煤矸石间有较好的拉拔摩擦特性,直剪摩擦系数为0.86~1.50,拉拔摩擦系数为0.43—1.16。

Abstract:The interface strength and friction coefficient between woven geotextiles ( PES100-50, PES-PP100-50) and coal gangue has been gotten. The results show that: It is nonlinear that the relationship of shear stress and displacement gotten by Coal gangue and geotextile direct shear tests and pullout tests; with the normal stress increased, shear stress peak value increases; the direct shear test curve is stable, and the drawing test for softening curve, with the compaction degree increased, the interface strength increases, and they conforms to the Mohr Coulomb strength type, the tested geotextile and coal gangue has good drawing friction characteristics, the direct shear friction coefficient is 0.86 - 1.50, while the pullout friction coefficient is between 0.43 - 1.16.
