| 摘 要： | 在分析高速公路项目合同索赔产生原因的基础上，建立了合同状态模型进行索赔识别，对其最优控制模型进行了量化分析，并确定合理的索赔总数量，减少了工程索赔对工程造价带来不利影响，为有效索赔管理和造价控制提供了一种新的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on analyzing the cause of the highway project contract claim, establishes the state contract claim for the opportunity to identify the model, analyzes the quantitative of its optimal control model, determines a reasonable total number of claims, reduces the adverse effects of project cost caused by project claims and provides a new approach for the effective claims management and cost control. |
