摘    要:混凝土桥梁波纹管的灌浆质量直接关系到桥梁的使用寿命和安全,但是目前还没有能够准确检测波纹管注浆质量的方法。在混凝土结构物的无损检测中,应用最广泛的就是超声波检测法及冲击回波法,但本质都属于声波类方法的范畴。通过理论分析和声波的数值模拟,证明根据初至时间或者主频特征评价金属预应力管道注浆质量是不可行的。

Abstract:The grouting quality of pre-stressed tendon ducts influences the bridge security and durability.However,the present methods can't accurately detect the grouting quality.In the nondestructive testing of concrete structures,the ultrasonic detection and impact-echo method are the most common method,and they are essentially within the acoustic method.Based on the theory analysis and acoustic numerical simulation,this paper proves that the evaluation of the quality of metallic prestressed grouting according to the first time or frequency characteristics is not feasible.
