基于响应曲面法的盐渍土改良方案研究

摘    要:为了确定盐渍土最优改良方案,应用响应曲面法优化了水泥与石灰复合改良盐渍土的室内试验方案,并通过室内试验测试了改良后盐渍土的抗压回弹模量与无侧限抗压强度;应用Design Expert软件分别建立了以抗压回弹模量与无侧限抗压强度与改良方案价格比值(性价比)为目标函数的模型,并分析了石灰和水泥剂量对性价比的影响,确定了盐渍土合理的改良方案;进行了大量的室内试验,来验证响应曲面法应用于道路材料性能分析的合理性。结果表明,响应曲面法可以用于盐渍土改良方案的比选,仅添加4%剂量水泥改良盐渍土的性价比最高。

Abstract:Application response surface method optimization of the cement and lime composite soil reclamation test plan. Considering the influence of the project cost, through the laboratory test get com-pressive rebound modulus and unconfined compressive strength established in the ratio of performance of the objective function model and the model was verified; The results demonstrated that the response sur- face method can be used in saline soil improvement scheme; adding 4% doses of cement saline soil im- provement highest cost-effective.
