温拌橡胶沥青混合料试验研究

摘    要:针对目前温拌橡胶沥青混合料研究的匮乏,研究采用Sasobit温拌改性剂和橡胶沥青制备沥青试样,通过测试得到不同Sasobit掺量橡胶沥青的粘温曲线,确定了Sasobit的合理掺量以及温拌橡胶沥青混合料室内拌和与击实温度的推荐范围,并通过试验验证了Sasobit温拌橡胶沥青的降温效果与路用性能。试验结果表明:向橡胶沥青中掺加Sasobit温拌剂可以降低其粘度,从而降低了混合料室内拌和与击实温度;掺加3%(沥青质量%)Sa-sobit温拌剂的橡胶沥青混合料拌和与击实温度降低了约18℃左右;Sasobit温拌沥青混合料的高温性能优良,低温性能与水稳定性均有所降低,但降低幅度不大。

Abstract:In allusion to the short of Warm Mix Rubber Asphalt,Sasobit and rubber Asphalt were used for Asphalt sample preparation.Viscosity-temperature curve of Rubber Asphalt with different dosage of Sasobit was to be test,the rational dosage of Sasobit,blend and compaction temperature of Warm Mix Rubber Asphalt were also to be confirmed.The cooling effect and road performance were proved by experiment.The result showed that the viscosity of Sasobit modified rubber asphalt was lower than rubber asphalt and the blend and compaction temperature of Mix Rubber Asphalt were droped;and 18 ℃ was droped when 3% Sasobit was used;Good high Temperature Performance of Warm Mix Rubber Asphalt with Sasobit while low temperature performance and water stability slightly lower.
