摘    要:通过热老化试验,研究老化温度与老化时间对电动汽车电排用浸塑聚氯乙烯(DPVC)断裂伸长率、质量变化率和绝缘电阻的影响。通过试验数据分析和拟合,建立不同温度下老化时间和断裂伸长率、质量变化率之间的函数关系;结果表明,绝缘电阻失效时间与质量损失降至50%时的临界时间较为接近,在实际使用过程中,可以DPVC质量损失作为其绝缘寿命评价的方法,简化DPVC绝缘寿命的预测过程。

Abstract:The effects of aging temperature and aging time on the elongation at break,mass change rate and insulation resistance of dip molding polyvinyl chloride(DPVC)for electric vehicles bus bar are studied by thermal aging test.Through the analysis and fitting of experimental data,the functional relationship between aging time,elongation at break and mass change rate at different temperatures is established.The results show that the failure time of insulation resistance is close to the critical time when the mass loss is reduced to 50%.In practical use,DPVC mass loss can be used as a method for insulation life evaluation,which simplifies the prediction process of DPVC lifetime prediction.
