沥青路面微波现场热再生传热模型研究

摘    要:为了研究沥青路面微波加热再生过程中的温度场分布,根据傅里叶传热学理论建立了二维微波热再生传热数学模型;用角锥喇叭口面场近似辐射场,研究了微波内热源;建立边界条件并进行了归一化处理。基于控制容积的有限差分法(CV-BDM)建立了微分方程的隐式离散格式并进行了数值模拟;选用了工业频率2.45GHz的微波试验系统,采用连续加热工艺和间歇加热工艺,研究在沥青路面内二维温度场中温度随加热时间的变化特性。结果表明微波加热时温度上升是非线性的,在加热初期升温较慢,后期升温较快;沥青混合料内温度分布是不均匀的,其口面中心区域附近温度较高,而边缘处温度较低。当采用间歇加热工艺时,可有效提高沥青混合料受热均匀性。必须合理选择加热时间。数值模拟和试验取得了较好的一致性。
