特大桥梁沥青铺装层材料性能试验研究

摘    要:为保证沥青铺装层具有优良的抗水损害和疲劳寿命,应进行专门的沥青混合料配合比设计。结合京港澳高速公路郑州黄河公路大桥的桥面铺装层设计,在室内首先对AC-13I、AK-16A和AC-16I进行了配合比设计,并对各结构单层进行了APA浸水车辙试验和疲劳试验。为模拟桥面铺装层的整体工作状况,又选取两种双层桥面铺装层结构方案A、方案B,在室内进行了高温状况下复合板车辙及复合梁疲劳试验。试验结果表明,在选定的配合比下条件下,单层中的AC-13I型沥青混合料有更好的抗水损害性能;双层桥面铺装层结构方案B具有优良的抗车辙和疲劳性能。综合比较后,方案B可用于指导黄河特大桥桥面的沥青铺装层施工。

Abstract:The environment of asphalt concrete deck pavement on concrete bridge is quite different from that of ordinary road asphalt pavement, especially, in terms of the impact arising from higher temperature and water damages. An asphalt concrete layer with special mixing ratio is required for better performance against water damage and thermal-rutting. Based on the construction design of AC-13I, AK-16A and AC-16I asphalt concrete bonding layer in Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge, indoor tests of APA water submerged rut and fatigue have done firstly. To simulate actual deck pavement eondition under traffic loading, double-layer scheme A and scheme B are selected as alternative seheme for comparison, combined with high temperature double-layer rutting and fatigue test. The indoor test results of the single and double layer indicate that type AC-13I is the best in terms of anti-water damage performance compared with signal layer andthat the seheme B is better in terms of anti-rutting and fatigue performance compared with seheme A in double layer asphalt concrete deck pavement. Therefore, scheme B can be used in construction of Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge deck pavement.
