沥青混合料室内车辙试验隆起系数的研究

摘    要:为了使室内车辙试验能够较好地模拟现场情况,分析了室内车辙板的隆起部分在整个变形中所占的比例及其影响因素。根据沥青混合料车辙试验中车辙板的变形特征,提出了车辙板侧向隆起高度的量测办法和隆起系数KL的计算方法。通过方差分析,探讨了车辙试件空隙率,试验温度、轮压、试验时间及沥青混合料类型对隆起系数KL的影响。方差分析结果表明:在上述因素中,只有试件空隙率对隆起系数有着显著的影响,且空隙率越大,隆起系数越小。在此基础上,提出了室内车辙试验隆起系数的建议值,对于现行规范中4%空隙率的车辙板而言,隆起系数可取0.5.

Abstract:In order to simulate the field rutting of asphalt pavement, it is necessary to analyze the proportion of uplift height and the in fluence factors of uplift coefficient. The measurement of uplift height and calculation of uplift coefficient is put forward based on the deformation characteristic of rutting specimen in laboratory rutting test. The factors of uplift coefficient, including void of rutting sample, temperature, wheel pressure and time of experimentation, and kinds of asphalt mixture is studied according to deviation analysis. Relevant test and analysis show that the void can obviously affect the uplift coefficient and the other four factors have little effect on the uplift coefficient. Uplift coefficient decreases with the increase of the void. In addition, the value of uplift coefficient is recommended. For the rutting specimen with 4% void specified in current code, the recommended value of uplift coefficient in laboratory rutting test is 0.5. That is to say thicking amount in rutting specimen thickness is equal to thinning amount in rutting specimen thickness.
