摘    要:应用红外温度热像仪对沥青路面施工摊铺的温度分布进行了记录,并按照NCAT标准进行分析后指出该标准缺乏条件性,仅仅根据摊铺后的温度和初压的温度难以全面反映和控制路面的质量;对碾压过程中温度场的测定所取得的数据进行统计,发现采用极差、标准差和变异系数3个统计量所表征的温度离散程度不断变化。研究结果表明,施工质量是材料、温度和压实方式三者相互影响的结果。温度离析标准的问题具有条件性、多因素和动态性的特点,可分别对各时段提出要求,碾压与温度变异相协调则温度离析将随碾压过程逐步缩小,反之,将逐步扩大。对压实过程中温度的动态变化积累数据建立模型,针对不同的具体工程可以在试拌试铺中确定实际参数,用以指导碾压工艺与施工组织并确定相应的温度离析标准。

Abstract:Infrared thermograph was used to record surface temperature distribution for asphalt mixture pavement construction,then the analysis was conducted in accordance with NCAT standards,which shows the lack of conditions of those standards,and they cannot effectively control HMA construction.After the measurement of temperature field in the process of compaction,it is found that the three indexes including the range,standard deviation and coefficient of variation reflect the temperature segregation variation.The results shows that,the construction quality depends on interaction of temperature,compaction and type of asphalt mixture;the establishment of temperature segregation standards have dynamic,multi-factors and conditional characteristics;the standard is dynamic along with the compaction phase,the temperature segregation reduced when the compaction and temperature is harmonious,otherwise the segregation increased.Base on the parameters measured in the construction,the model was proposed for the corresponding process control and segregation standard determination.
