摘    要:钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋混凝土灌注是施工中的控制性工序,为保证灌注过程的安全,在分析、比较弹性稳定计算方法和弹塑性稳定计算方法的特点和差别的基础上,提出了以施工过程中的弹性稳定安全系数为评价标准和用弹塑性稳定分析方法进行校核验算的拱肋混凝土灌注顺序优化方法,并以千岛湖1号特大桥为例进行了分析计算,同时还讨论了钢管拱肋合龙时初始应力对灌注顺序优化结果的影响。分析结果表明,最优的灌注顺序和拱肋合龙时的初应力关系密切,不同的拱肋架设方法将导致最优的灌注顺序发生变化。因此进行拱肋混凝土灌注顺序设计时,应该按照实际拱肋拼装过程考虑钢管拱肋的初应力。
