路邦EN-1固化剂稳定土路用性能试验研究

摘    要:针对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔地区讷河一带砂石材料匮乏这一问题,采用粘土作为基层材料,用美国路邦EN-1固化剂进行加固,并对加固土的路用性能进行对比研究。在分析原材料物理性质基础上,对石灰剂量为3%~9%范围内不同配比的石灰粘土和掺入0.018%路邦EN-1的石灰粘土进行无侧限抗压强度试验,根据强度变化规律确定固化剂稳定土的最佳石灰用量为5%。在此基础上对5%石灰稳定土、9%石灰稳定土和5%石灰固化剂稳定土进行水稳定性试验、抗冻性试验、干缩和温缩试验,计算出干缩抗裂系数和温缩抗裂系数,并利用干缩抗裂系数和温缩抗裂系数对上述3种材料进行了抗裂性能评价。研究结果表明:5%石灰固化剂稳定土的稳定性和疲劳抗裂性能明显优于5%石灰稳定土和9%石灰稳定土,可以用作寒区道路基层材料。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of lack of sandstone material around Nehe in Qiqihar of Heilongjiang Province,the clay adopted for base course was stabilized by US Roadbond EN-1 soil stabilizer,and the performances of the reinforced soils were compared.On the basis of analysing physical properties of law materials,unconfined compressive strength test of calcareous clays with different ratios of limestone in the scope of 3%-9% and calcareous clay with 0.018% Roadbond EN-1 were performed,and 5% limestone was determined as the optimal dosage for the stabilized soils according to the regularity of strength variation.Under this condition,water stability test,frost resistance test,desiccation shrinkage test and temperature shrinkage test for the stabilized soils with 5% and 9% limestone as well as the stabilized soil with 5% Roadbond EN-1 were performed.Desiccation shrinkage cracking resistance coefficient and temperature shrinkage cracking resistance coefficient were figured out,and the cracking resistance performance of three kinds of abovementioned material was evaluated accordingly.The research results show that the stability and fatigue cracking resistance of the stabilized soil with 5% Roadbond EN-1 is superior to those of the stabilized soils with 5% and 9% limestone obviously.The former is suitable as material of road base courfle.
