摘    要:结合江阴长江公路大桥钢桥面铺装研究课题,在参考德国相关研究成果的基础上,自行设计了可以自动恒温和平行试验的贯入度试验仪。通过贯入度试验确定初始最佳含油量,由高温车辙试验和低温弯曲试验确定最佳含油量,并通过刘埃尔流动度试验、极限弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验和复合梁疲劳试验进行路用性能检验。研究表明,浇注式沥青含油量的微小变化对混合料的动稳定度指标的影响较大,因此,实际施工时应严格控制混合料的沥青用量。通过对研究的成果进行试验路验证,结果表明,下层浇注与上层环氧组成的复合结构具有优良的路用性能。

Abstract:Based on the research project on the steel deck surfacing of Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge and similar study results made in Germany,a new penetration test apparatus is developed.Initial optimum asphalt content has been ascertained by using the penetration test,and with high temperature performance test and low temperature bending test,optimum asphalt content has been ascertained.Then with the Lueer liquidity test,low temperature bending test,freezing and thawing splitting test,and fatigue test of composite beam,the design of guss-asphalt mixture has been checked up.The research indicates that the small change of asphalt content has great influence on the dynamic stability index of the mixture.Therefore,the asphalt content should be strictly controlled in the actual construction.By paving the field test section,the application result indicated that the composite structure of guss-asphalt underlayer and epoxy asphalt overlayer has excellent service performances.
