沥青路面热阻粘封层机理及性能研究

摘    要:从传热学机理出发,首先在理论上研究了路面结构材料各参数对于沥青路面结构温度的影响,并探讨了阻热型结构层对路面结构温度场的作用。然后对热阻材料需满足的性能进行了分析,并初步选择了数种性能合理的热阻材料。通过室内的热辐射系统模拟了外界太阳能的辐射,并对不同热阻材料组成的结构进行了辐射试验,以研究其结构导热特性。最后对热阻粘封层的经济性进行了对比分析。试验结果表明,在一定时间的高温作用下,功能、厚度适宜的热阻结构层可以改善路面结构温度场,降低中下面层沥青混合料的工作温度,从而提高沥青路面的高温稳定性。
