预应力混凝土斜拉桥主梁边箱足尺模型试验

摘    要:滨州黄河大桥主桥是3塔预应力混凝土斜拉桥,主梁是预应力混凝土箱梁。主梁标准段采用带分离式双边箱截面形式,两边箱之间由桥面板和横隔梁相连,横隔梁结构设置了横向预应力钢束。采用空间有限单元法,建立主梁标准节段的计算模型,对主梁边箱在横向预应力作用下的受力特性进行分析。通过标准梁段足尺模型试验,观测试验模型测点的应变以及模型表面混凝土裂缝的情况。

Abstract:Binzhou Yellow River Bridge is a three-tower cable-stayed bridge with prestressed concrete girders.Each standard segment of girder comprises two separate side-boxes,which are connected by deck and diaphragm.Transverse prestressed tendons are laid in the diaphragm.Through mechanical analysis for standard segmental model of the girder by finite element method (FEM),the mechanism of the two side-boxes of girder under transverse prestressing was deduced.During the on-site experiment for full-scale segmental model of the girder,stresses and cracks on the surface of the side-boxes were surveyed.
