电动汽车电动液压式动力转向系统的控制

摘    要:为了实现燃料电池电动客车的动力转向功能,提出了直流电机通过联轴机构直接驱动油泵的电动液压式动力转向系统。通过建立电机电压与油泵流量、电机电流与油泵压力的数学模型,设计了具有恒压和恒流复合输出特性的电机控制器。在恒压特性作用下,油泵流量恒定;在恒流特性作用下,实现了油泵流量和压力的自适应控制,避免了油液溢流现象。结果表明,系统工作稳定、能量效率高,在燃料电池电动客车上获得了成功的应用。

Abstract:In order to achieve power steering function in fuel cell bus,an electrohydraulic system is proposed,where the pump is directly driven by a DC motor through an axis coupler.On the base of the control models between motor voltage and oil flow,also motor current and oil pressure,a motor controller with a composite output characteristic of both constant voltage and constant current is designed.Under the action of the constant voltage,the oil flow is kept constant,while the oil flow and pressure are adaptively controlled by the constant current,avoiding oil flow through surplus valve,obtaining stable process with high energy efficiency.The system has been applied successfully in fuel cell bus.
