水泥稳定碎石基层材料干缩变形特性的试验研究

摘    要:减少水泥稳定碎石基层材料的干缩裂缝,对延长半刚性基层沥青路面的使用寿命至关重要。根据目前国内高速公路水泥稳定碎石基层的使用情况,针对苏南地区高温多雨,水泥稳定碎石基层在湿度变化时易产生干缩裂缝这一缺陷,展开了相关试验研究。分析了水泥稳定碎石干燥收缩的影响因素,并从材料组成方面,探讨了减少水泥稳定碎石基层材料干缩裂缝的方法。结果表明:集料级配组成、失水率、暴露时间、强度、空隙率等,均对水泥稳定碎石基层材料的干缩变形特性产生明显影响。

Abstract:It is extremely important to reduce dry shrinkage cracking of cement-stabilized macadam base course materials for prolonging service life of asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base.The current task is aiming at the default of cracking of cement-stabilized macadam base course under the condition of moisture changing in the south area of Suzhou,based on the current circumstances of cement-stabilized macadam base of expressway,combined with relative test research.Some of the influencing factors on dry shrinkage deformation properties of cement-stabilized macadam is analysed,The means of reducing dry shrinkage cracking of cement-stabilized macadam in terms of material composition are discussed.Result shows a series of factors have evidence effects on dry shrinkage deformation properties of cement-stabilized macadam base course materials,such as aggregate gradation composition,water loss ratio,exposure time,strength and porosity ratio etc.
