公路水泥混凝土路面喷涂纳米TiO2净化机动车排放污染物研究

摘    要:依据纳米TiO2光催化降解特性,进行纳米TiO2最佳添加量和表面活性剂使用量的优化配比试验,并利用喷涂负载技术,研制了水泥混凝土纳米TiO2光催化环保材料,从而净化机动车排放污染物。通过自行开发设计的室内模拟自动检测系统试验,得出纳米TiO2最佳添加量为5%,表面活性剂最佳使用量为3%的优化配比方案;同时证明了采用渗透负载技术制备的水泥混凝土纳米TiO2光催化环保材料在2mm磨损范围内,仍具有良好净化效果。在此理论研究基础上,进行了实际公路环境应用,并通过TiO2喷涂区与非喷涂区对比测试试验验证,结果表明该环保材料的有效净化范围在6%-12%。
