摘    要:针对水泥稳定碎石基层不可避免会产生收缩裂缝,而现有的方法中又缺乏对其定量分析的问题,本文采用不同级配类型,对水泥剂量为2%~5%的水泥稳定碎石混合料进行试验研究,得出混合料收缩性能与失水率、温度、水泥剂量、级配等因素之间的关系,并采用多因素回归方法得到水泥稳定碎石混合料收缩应变和收缩系数的预估公式。试验结果表明,水泥剂量为3%~4%时混合料干缩应变和干缩系数最小,而温缩应变和系数随着水泥剂量的增加线性增长;混合料越密实,干缩性能越好,但粗级配的温缩性能较好。研究结果可以为实际设计和施工中确定合理的水稳基层结构类型、减少基层收缩裂缝提供试验和理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of inevitable shrinkage crack in cement-treated base while lack of quantitative analysis in adoptive approaches,relationships of shrinkage performance to water losing rate, temperature, cement content and gradation composition are educed by adopting gradation composition, various and 2 % - 5 % cement content, and the regression function of shrinkage strain and coefficients are obtained.Results of test indicat that, mix has lowest dry-shrinkage when 3% - 4% cement dosage are used, temperature-shrinkage increase with cement dosage added; the more close-grained mix the better dry-shrinkage performance, temperature-shrinkage performance is on the contrary. Outcomes of the research can provide testing and academic basis for determining reasonable structure type in design and construction to reduce shrinkage crack.
