浦东大道管线桥先梁后拱架设方法研究

摘    要:浦东大道管线桥为提篮双层桁架拱桥,桥梁计算跨径112 m,其上部结构为全钢结构,施工方法和设备受限于桥位处复杂的周边条件。经分析确定采用先梁后拱的施工顺序先分段吊装钢桁架,钢桁架节段支撑于水中搭设的临时支架上,接长支架后再分段吊装双幅拱肋。除南侧拱脚采用大型汽车吊外,其余构件均采用浮吊安装,并结合CAD技术对不同吊装工况进行模拟,确定南、北拱肋采用不同型号的浮吊。
