综合客运枢纽行人集散设施瓶颈识别方法

摘    要:为充分发挥综合客运枢纽行人集散设施的能力,提高枢纽运行效率,分析枢纽行人集散设施瓶颈的形成机理,给出瓶颈的定义和识别流程,提出客流拥堵自动识别算法,考虑拥堵强度、拥堵持续时间和拥堵频率等拥堵特性,构建综合客运枢纽行人集散设施瓶颈识别指数模型并制定瓶颈分级标准.最后以北京南站地下一层换乘大厅为例,验证了方法的有效性.结果表明,高峰时段换乘大厅地铁进出闸机处为Ⅰ级瓶颈,平均排队长度5人,地铁东北、西南售票处为Ⅲ级瓶颈,平均排队长度为14人,与实际情况相符,而通过瓶颈缓解措施,能有效降低排队长度.

Abstract:To improve the capacity and efficiency of the facility for pedestrian gathering and distributing in a integrated public transit hub,a bottleneck identification method was proposed.First,based on the analysis of bottleneck forming mechanism,the definition of the bottleneck of pedestrian gathering and distributing facility in integrated public transit hub was presented.Second,after the bottleneck and identification procedure was defined,the automatic identification algorithm of passenger flow congestion was developed.Third,through taking into account of the congestion characteristics,such as congestion intensity,congestion duration and congestion frequency,a bottleneck recognition index model and bottleneck classification standard were developed.Finally,the application of the model was illustrated through a real world case study for transfer hall in Beijing south station.The results show that the gate of the subway in transfer hall at rush time is Level One bottleneck with the average queue length of five pedestrians,and the ticket office is Level Three bottleneck with the average queue length of fourteen pedestrians.These results are consistent with those of the real situation.In addition,the provided bottleneck relief measures can effectively reduce the queue length.
