行人保护法规现状及发展趋势

随着汽车保有量不断增加，交通事故中行人受到伤亡也在不断增多，因此各国都在加强汽车对行人碰撞保护的研究。文章在介绍各国行人保护法规现状的同时，对各国行人保护法规的试验条件及性能要求进行了比较，并对行人保护法规的发展进行了分析，指出我国应综合国外在行人保护方面取得的成果，逐步提出适合我国国情的行人保护要求，减少行人在交通事故中受到的伤害。

Status and Development Trend of the Pedestrian Protection Laws and Regulations

With the increase of vehicle population, the injuries and deaths of pedestrians in the traffic accidents increases continuously. Therefore every country in the world starts to pay more attention to the pedestrian crash protection. The status of pedestrian protection laws and regulations in the world is introduced. Meantime the test condition and performance requirement of different laws and regulations is compared. The development of pedestrian protection laws and regulations is analyzed. It is indicated that combined other countries＇ achievements pedestrian protection requirements that suitable for China will be put forward step by step, the injuries of pedestrians in the traffic accidents will be reduced.
