备件涂胶与整车共线生产方案

With the increasing of market demands and the development of enterprise, the demands for auto spare parts is required more. In order to solve the problem of high cost for building a special spare parts production line, taking a company＇s coating glue line as an example, this paper introduces the kinds of spare parts that need to coat the glue, the kinds of auxiliary appliances used for the spare parts and the principle of designing and manufacturing auxiliary appliances, meanwhile the technological process for coating PVC glue is illustrated in the paper, the production program for coating spare parts and complete vehicle Glue on the same production line is formulated. The spare parts manufacturing near the PVC line can also use the glue guns on the PVC line. Through implementing the product program realizes the target of coating spare parts and complete vehicle glue on the same production line.
