＂十一五＂期间,我国汽车工业虽然取得巨大成就,但并不能掩盖其所处产业链低端的窘境与结构性产能过剩的风险。一些深层次的问题亟待破解,诸如核心技术的问题、品牌建设的问题、规模集中度的问题、产品及服务质量的问题、人力资源建设的问题、营销模式和手段的问题、供应链不完善的问题、国际化发展的问题、新能源汽车发展问题、防范风险管理能力的问题。只有破解了这些难题,未来5年我国汽车产业才能从汽车大国向汽车强国迈进。
