摘    要:为了开发满足国Ⅲ排放要求的天然气发动机,研究了实现国Ⅲ标准存在的问题,确定了理论空燃比加三元催化器的技术方案,即采用多点顺序喷射闭环控制空燃比,改进燃烧室和进气系统,改善燃烧,提高功率。采用三元催化转化器对排气污染物进行净化处理,完成了CA6SH-NE3发动机的优化设计及性能试验。结果表明,开发的天然气发动机具有较好的动力性和燃料经济性,排放达到国Ⅲ标准,实现了开发目标。

Abstract:In order to develop CA6SH-NE3 CNG engine, which will meet the GB 17691-2005 emission standard, the problems to impact on emission is studied. Determine the approach of theoretical A/F matching three-way catalyst(TWC), that is use electronic multi-point injection controlling A/F, improve combustion chamber and air-intake distributing system, and use TWC to clean exhaust pollutants. The engine construction was optimized, and performance tests were carried out. The test results show that the engine has better power performance, fuel economy, and achieve development targets
