摘    要:催化器的快速起燃技术是降低冷启动的有效方法。为研究三元催化转化器的起燃特性,文章采用AMESim软件建立了某车型三元催化转化器的物理模型,用数值求解气固两相的质量守恒和能量守恒方程组的方法对其进行了模拟计算,得到了不同影响因数下的CO,NQx,CaHb等废气转化率曲线。结果表明。三元催化转化器的位置及其内部结构对起燃特性都有影响。

Numerical Simulations and Optimization Design of TWC Ignition Characteristics Based on AMESim
Abstract:The rapid ignition of catalytic converter is an efficient method to preventing cold start. In order to research the ignition characteristics of the three-way catalytic converter(TWC), this paper builds a physical model of the TWC based on the AMESim software and with the help of equations of gas-solid two phase for mass conservation and energy conservation, simulative calculation was conducted. And the curves of the emission conversion rate of CO, NOx, CaHb under different parameters have been obtained. The results indicate that the allocation and its internal structure of TWC will exert a remarkable influence on the ignition characteristics.
