摘    要:气动撑杆使得汽车开启件使用更加方便,工作更加有效,为了方便有效地布置气动撑杆,使撑杆达到最优化设计,文章以轿车后背门为例,借助三维设计软件CATIA,从力学和运动学角度着重分析了上掀式后背门在开启过程中所受的各种力和力矩之间的关系。实现了对气动撑杆的参数设计,为进行后背门总成设计提供了有效参考。该方法已被应用于实际生产中,效果很好。

Abstract:Pneumatic lifting bar facilitates automobile to be more convenient and to work more effectively. In order to lay the pneumatic lifting bar correctly and make its design more optimized, with the help of the 3D software of CATIA and taking the back door as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between various forces and torques sustained by the lifting type back door in the course of opening from the perspectives of mechanics and kinematics respectively. At last, the parameter design of back door pneumatic lifting bar is fulfilled. This method has provided effective references for the assembly design of back door and it has already been applied to practical production and yielded good results.
