摘    要:公差分析和优化设计是产品尺寸管理过程的核心部分,在降低成本,缩短开发周期和提高产品质量等方面起着非常重要的作用。文章详细介绍了完整产品的公差分析过程,阐述了计算机辅助三维公差分析的原理和步骤。表明根据分析结果可制定相应的测量计划,并根据实际情况修正数学模型,完善数据库。指出公差分析和优化设计,从根本上保证了质量目标的达成,并且极大地减少了后期修改,正在越来越多地被应用到实际开发过程中。

Abstract:Tolerance analysis and optimization is the core part of dimension management process and is very important for reducing cost, shortening development time and improving quality. The tolerance analysis process of complete product is introduced. And the principle and steps of computer aided three-dimensional tolerance analysis is described. It shows that based on analysis results the corresponding measurement plan can be established. Based on actual situation mathematical model should be updated and data base is improved. It is indicated that tolerance analysis and optimization design can validate the quality target and greatly reduce the late modification. Now it is being used more and more in actual development process
